Devron Johnson – Bio Coming Soon.
“My name is Jenetta Thompson I live in Abilene, Texas and I am actively competing in the NPC organization as an amateur bodybuilder. I am very blessed this far with a great physique that I only plan to make better through out my bodybuilding career. My first expression of thanks goes to God, who is the head of my life. Without him none of this is possible. I thank him for all the people

that he has put in my life to help me succeed this far. I now would like to thank him for my new sponsor Brian Gaines, who is seeing me through to the NPC National Competition to be held next year in Dallas, Texas, November 16-17. At this point no one really knows who I am because I have not yet gotten my pro card, but that will soon change. Brian
has made it possible for me to have the supplements that I need in order to continue to grow without nutritional setbacks. He knows that I have a desire and a dream to one day be Ms. Olympia. Where I live my resources are limited in this lifestyle, but that’s O.K. with me for now. In time I will have the right support in order to live my dream. Brian is there to provide any kind of training and nutritional support that I may stand in need of. I appreciate all that he has done for me. He is supportive and anything that I need he does the best he possibly can to see that I have it. I pray for him that he continues to conduct himself as a good business man and his business will grow.”

When I first began training with Brian 5 months ago I had some form of discipline but his training catapulted me to the next level. Along with his nutritional insight and attention to detail I’ve made huge strides with his training and support. I’ve had the opportunity to work with trainers in the past and although they may have been good they weren’t like Brian; which is what his training is all about. His technique and swift moves from one excercise to another is exactly my type of work out because I tend to get bored very easily. His aerobic boxing really works your core. When we’re in the gym he keeps my focus on correct form and raising my heart rate up just enough to keep my energy level where it needs to be in order to get the results I’m looking for. When you work with a personal trainer, you should expect them to be relentless in order to keep yourself from slacking off for the day and that’s what I can depend on Brian for. It doesn’t get any better than to have one individual trainer to work with and to have full confidence that they have your best interest in mind. I knew I had a great trainer when a gym employee approached me in the middle of our work out and asked, “why are you always the only two in here sweating and working hard?”
I was introduced to the Knockout Training way of health and fitness by a client of Brian Gaines, that was crazy about her results. My 1st then 2nd sessions proved to be quite the physical challenge. But a welcome challenge as Brian’s 45-minute workouts is filled with his patient and compassionate training. I strive every day toward the goal I have set for my desired shape and level of health. The best thing about my personal Knockout Training program is, that he realizes everyone’s body is different, and at the end of the day, he isn’t trying to create a set of cookie-cutter women. He respects our personal goals and our body’s natural shapes.
Dear Brian, The stresses of everyday life are hard enough to deal with but controlling them along with high blood pressure makes it even harder. Knockout Training/Brian Gaines provided a complete nutritional program that was designed to fit my personal needs. Portion control and the right supplements have been key elements of my nutritional program. Not only have I noticed the results in my body but my co-workers and family have noticed the results as well. Since my time with Knockout Training I have realized it is not only about the exercises you put your body through but also what you put into your body.
Brian is not just some ordinary trainer, he’s more of a life coach for me. I’ve taken his training and have made a new lifestyle that suits my goals and keeps me looking and feeling good. I’ve had the opportunity to see him test my own abilities and he has shown me ways to enhance my performance in the gym. Brian’s technique and strict form are what have helped me define and tone my body and my entire figure. I like that he keeps my interest in my workouts and changes my routine to keep my focus on each body part, he makes a point to pay attention to my goals without hesitating to show me something new…..
Dear Brian,

I’d like for others to know that you can raise their level of fitness performance beyond what they think they can do. The workouts are varied and involve the mind as well as the body. I always leave a workout session energized for my day and proud of myself for my accomplishments.
I appreciate your positive attitude, kind and respectful manner, and personal example of excellent fitness!
See you in Jan. Can hardly wait.
Yours, Mrs. Ann Payne

Rusty Jackson & Brian Gaines |
After graduating high school in 2003, he moved to Abilene TX where he enrolled at Gold’s gym and began working at GNC. His training and nutritional education began to develop and he was determined to go further than just getting in shape. He decided to start competing. In May 2006 Rusty entered his first competition. After his first competition he knew it wouldn’t be his last. He found a new love. He loved the fact that it is an individual sport that takes self-discipline, determination, sacrifice and patience to become successful. He was willing to pursue his dream of becoming a bodybuilder as a career. In the summer of 2006, Rusty began working with Brian. After a year, with the help of Brian and Knockout Training, Rusty put on 50 pounds of lean muscle. In 2007 he competed a second time and took overall champ. Brian has given Rusty a new outlook on training and nutrition which played a major role in his first win as an amateur. Rusty is looking forward to pursuing his dream and career as a professional bodybuilder with the help of Brian and KNOCKOUT TRAINING!!
Like so many mothers, since giving birth my weight has been like a roller coaster ride. As a single mother I am always on the go, so getting in a proper workout or the right foods on a daily basis is a challenge. I tried to rectify the sitation on my own by taking numerous fat burners and trying every new fad diet I could find. However that left me in a worse position than just being over weight. I was noticing rapid heart beats during stressful situations and unsolicited anxiety attacks. Then I met Brian Gaines. He took the time to create a program just for me that fits my bodies needs as well as my schedule. My personal system has included a cleanser that has taken my body back to point A, before all the fad diets and my unhealthy use of supplements. He then hand picked certain foods that were right for my body and replaced my supplements with healthier ones that aid my body in it’s daily activities instead of slowing it down. The next very important part of my program was to implement his 45 minute workouts. They are the most relaxing and challenging workouts my body has ever experienced. Brian has helped me to realize my bodies natural shape and overall health. I am excited to see my final results. Tammy Duncan
